The European Network of Safety and Health Professional’s Organizations (ENSHPO) is delighted to bring you the second in an annual programme of webinars on a range of topics of mutual interest.

ENSHPO was established in 2001 under the umbrella of the European Agency for Health and Safety at Work (EU-OSHA), acting for and on behalf of all European countries, ENSHPO is the leading voice of Environmental, Health and Safety professionals in Europe to promote EHS standards at work and engage with decision makers and regulators. IOSH is a proud member of the network.

Undoubtedly, the world of health and safety is constantly changing and transforming. In a completely globalised and digitalised world, the modern OSH professional needs to understand the challenges facing workers and any new and emerging risks faced by their new ways of working.

The global pandemic situation has brought about changes to workplaces, changes to the balance of our working lives but also changes to the expectation and needs of workers.

Whether post pandemic working practices are new to employers and employees, or it has accelerated the use by some, in the last two years teleworking and remote working have brought about a revolution in the world of work and with it new risks, especially psychosocial risks.
